"RadiatorLand, an ASE-shop, is also a member of National Automotive Radiator Service Assoc, (NARSA) which sponsors regional meetings, seminars, a yearly convention, plus trade shows;' informs Carlos. "I seek out the top cooling system experts so as to pass new information on to our techs." Carlos estimates only 10 percent of local radiator shops are NARSA certified members.
